NFT's give artists legal certainty

NFTs document and prove who the digital creator is and authenticate the art in a digital file. NFTs enable art collecting and offer artists an expanded spectrum for their art. It can be sold again or exchanged. NFTs are now available in many areas, like mine, in digital image files, as music, games, sports and many other formats.
Depending on the license, purchasers of NFTs can acquire intellectual property rights or certain benefits. Digital property rights, such as an image, can be distributed, printed out, and claimed appropriate usage rights under the license. A distinction is made between commercial and non-commercial use. The conditions are previously defined by the creator of the artwork.
